Program with Khenpo Tamphel
In Praise of Dharmadhātu By Nāgārjuna
Weekly every Monday
Khenpo Tamphel is in the USA in November. His Online Teachings will continue on December 11th 2023!
We are happy to introduce you to the new Autumn Program of Giorgio Savigliano:
On 19.09.23 Giorgio will restart the Yoga class after the summer break.
Every Tuesday: 6:45-7:45
2023: 19.09./26.09./03.10./10.10./17.10./24.10./31.10./07.11./14.11./21.11./28.11./05.12./12.12.23
We will explore the different aspects of body, energy and mind so that we can create a better space for meditative practice. The experience of meditation happens in the body. The practice will help to purify physical and energetic blockages with an intense, but delicate work with the breath. The breath is the main tool to work with the mind and through prana purifies the energetic system. During the year we will explore different topics for a deeper work. This work will be suitalbe for every body and all our welcome.

This practice group lead by Drupon Rachel is a great way to get started on your Ngondro practice. It is a closed group for a limited number of students so that each student is cared for and personally guided and their questions can be easily answered.
Weekly Tuesday evenings 2 hours, starting January 2024
the Ngondro class finishes November 2024
